What concierge care means here

Conventional primary care is built around volume. A concierge model inverts that: fewer patients per provider, longer appointments, and a direct line to the person who actually knows your history. At the Del Mar clinic, that means your intake, your labs, your follow-ups and your questions between visits all route to the same provider rather than to a rotating queue.

Movera's model also includes concierge care that can come to you within the surrounding area. Where a visit does not require clinic equipment, it may be possible to arrange it at your home or office. Availability depends on scheduling and on the nature of the visit.

What is included

  • Extended new-patient consultation and history review
  • Comprehensive lab testing, ordered and interpreted with you
  • Coordinated scheduling across any Movera services you use
  • Direct provider contact between appointments
  • Preventative wellness planning

Getting started

Concierge care begins with a consultation, not a commitment. That conversation covers your history, what you are hoping to address, and whether this model is a sensible fit. If it is not, we will say so.

Pricing and any financing details are provided to you in writing before anything is agreed. Financing, where used, comes from independent third-party lenders — Movera is not a lender and credit approval is never assumed.

As an emergency physician, I noticed that most of the people who came into the emergency department were there because of either a lack of information or difficult lifestyle choices. I couldn’t change people’s choices, but I could help those who simply hadn’t been taught how to care for themselves — so I started a clinic built around teaching people how to be healthy. In 2011, I attended my first regenerative medicine seminar. I followed the field for several years, attended more seminars, and in 2017 began offering regenerative therapy in my clinic. Education has always been at the heart of my work, and I believe deeply in what we do. I’m always glad to sit down with a patient, answer questions honestly, and talk through whether our approach might be right for them.
