Movera Wellness Institute is a brand of Great Health Ventures, Inc. Where this policy says “we” or “us,” it means Great Health Ventures, Inc., doing business as Movera Wellness Institute. We are responsible for the information described here.

What we collect

What you give us. When you request a consultation or write to us, we collect your name, email address, phone number if you provide one, the area of concern you select, anything you type in the message box, and which consent boxes you ticked.

What comes with the request. Our host records the country your request came from and your browser’s user-agent string, which we use to catch spam. We do not store your IP address with your request.

What we do not do. This site runs no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics. We do not build profiles, and we do not buy contact lists.

How we use it

To reply to you, arrange a consultation or seminar seat, answer questions you ask us, and keep an internal record of requests so nothing gets lost. If you ticked the text-message box, we also use your mobile number to text you. That is the whole list. We do not sell personal information, and we do not rent or trade it.

Text messages

Text messages are sent by Movera Wellness Institute, a brand of Great Health Ventures, Inc., from (877) 836-9308. You choose to receive them; agreeing is never a condition of submitting a form, receiving care, or buying anything. Reply STOP to any message to stop, or HELP for help. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message consent is never sold or shared. The only companies that touch your mobile number are the service providers below who help us send the messages, and they may not use it for anything else. Our full text-message terms are in our disclosures.

Who else sees it

Only companies that run parts of this service for us, under contract, and only for that purpose: Cloudflare (website hosting, spam filtering, and the database holding consultation requests), Resend (the email that tells our team a request came in), and Twilio (text message delivery). We also share information when the law requires it, or to protect someone’s safety.

How long we keep it

Consultation requests submitted through this website are deleted after 365 days. If you become a patient, your care records are kept separately by the practice under the record-keeping rules that apply to medical care, not under this policy.

This website is not a patient portal

Please do not send medical records, test results, or detailed health history through this site. The form is for arranging a conversation. Health information you share during care is handled under the practice’s privacy practices for medical information, which a member of our team will provide to you.

Your choices

Stop texts by replying STOP. Stop emails by replying and asking, or by using the unsubscribe link. To see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, email [email protected] or call (855) 744-2811 and we will handle it.

If you live in California, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to have it deleted, to correct it, and not to be treated differently for asking. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection, form submissions are checked for automated abuse before they are accepted, and the list of requests is readable only by authenticated staff.

Children

This website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version is posted on this page with a new effective date.
