Driving there
Fuerte Drive sits in the hills between La Mesa and the Rancho San Diego area, below Mount Helix. From the I-8, exit at Fuerte Drive; from the SR-125, Fletcher Parkway and Grossmont Boulevard both connect through.
This is the most convenient Movera seminar location for East County attendees, who would otherwise be driving to the coast. El Cajon and Spring Valley are both within about ten minutes, and Santee is a short run up the 125.
Transit and parking
MTS Orange and Green Line trolleys serve La Mesa, though Fuerte Drive sits up in the hills and is a drive or short rideshare from the nearest station. Attendees relying on transit should factor that last leg in.

Sessions here draw from La Mesa, El Cajon, Spring Valley, Lemon Grove, Santee, Rancho San Diego, Casa de Oro and Mount Helix.
The Del Mar clinic is roughly half an hour northwest if you would rather book a consultation than attend a session. Temecula is the next seminar venue north on the 15.
